Saints.

Good morning!

After 3 days of no post, I’m back! So sorry for being away but I will be posting every single day this week! I have a few bulletins prepared already for this week. On Saturday evening while I was at church preparing the Sunday bulletins, my husband, friend and sister in law were discussing with our pastor if we can be saints. My pastor asked me if I thought that my sister in law could be a saint, my answer was yes. It sounds weird, and sometimes I think it even sounds arrogant but we are saints. Paul refers to the church as saints throughout the new testament. I defined a saint as being blameless and holy, and I know those are some crazy words to describe ourselves as, but it is only because of Christ and the shedding of His blood that we can be holy and blameless. ( Colossians: 1:22  But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation—) The verse I chose to put in this bulletin cover is Ephesians 2:19 which says, So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household. What an awesome verse! What an awesome reality, we are citizens with the saints and are of God’s household. I hope this was encouraging! The bulletin cover is attached below! Enjoy!
